Baja United – An Investment With A Purpose!
After securing important contracts with wineries, brewery partners, and US Distributors, Baja United has decided to make a public offering so that the vision can extend beyond its founder’s immediate circle. “We realized that this venture is bigger than we thought after judging the interest of so many people we talked to”, “everyone was asking how they can get more involved” said Jim Riley, President of Baja United. Baja United Imports is a United States importer of select Baja wines based on contractual partnerships with some of the top wineries in the Valle De Guadalupe. In addition to high quality wines, Baja United is working with the only gilded brewery in Baja to formulate their own beer, as well as promote the brewery’s well-known line of craft beers in the United States.
Baja United has worked closely with its legal counsel to put together an offering under Regulation CF utilizing the latest in Crowd Funding platform. Crowdfunding is the practice of funding a project or venture by raising small amounts of money from a large number of people. Crowdfunding is a form of crowdsourcing and of alternative finance. In 2015, it was estimated that worldwide over US$34 billion was raised this way. If someone is interested in getting involved in the Beer or Wine industry, this is a great entry to market. We are very excited to see that in our initial weeks we have already raised almost $90,000 with 31 investors.
Baja United is also a socially conscious company where a percentage of the sales from every bottle of the Baja United Family of Wines and the Baja United Beer will be donated to help support the orphanages in Baja California. We plan to use this money to help build, nourish and educate children in need.
