Crystal clear of deep straw yellow color. Frank with high aromatic intensity and typical of Chenin Blanc with opening tones of bees wax and wool. Bright notes of tropical fruits stand out such as passion fruit, ripe pineapple, mango, peach and apricot with a hint of orange blossom and white flowers. The quality and complexity is excellent.

Green yellow with straw hues. Bright and luminous. It is a frank & fragrant wine with high intensity. Expressive notes of zesty citrus fruits such as grapefruit, key-lime and Meyer lemon, complemented by fresh tropical fruits such as guava, white melon, passionfruit & green mango. Floral notes of orange blossoms & white aromatic flowers. Lemon tea, almonds and a superb mineral tone of salt-air reminiscent of the ocean, close this unique and complex nose.

Brilliant luminosity of soft rose with light salmon hues. Aromatic and intense. Ripe strawberries, raspberries, tangy exotic citrus fruits such as blood orange, tangerine, grapefruit and a twist of white flower notes like chrysanthemum. Herbaceous hints of fresh green grass. Lovely background of mineral salts and sea-breeze.

A clean & luminous wine, with a straw yellow tone of medium density. The nose is open and direct, with predominant tropical core of pineapple, apricot, banana & green apple aromas. Toasted bread crust, nuts such as pecans, hazelnuts complement a background of elegant wood. Sweet spice aromas of cinnamon trail on the end. It is a wine of complex aromas and fine quality.

Limpid and bright of ruby red core with purple hues. Great consistency. Frank with high intensity & complexity. Luscious ripe plums, dark currant and bing-cherries all make for a fruit driven core with floral hints of violets, fresh lavender & hibiscus. Lovely sweet tones of glazed almonds and baking spices, Mexican vanilla, and rich cocoa overtones. In the background is the signature mineral-rocky note of our terroir.

A deep ruby red core with strong violet hues. Delightfully intense and expressive. Aromas of red & blue fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, ripe blueberry and maraschino cherries. It has subtle notes of elegant wood, sweet dairy undertones and embracing toffee. A nice compliment of flagrant spices such as pepper, cinnamon, star anise and vanilla complete the complexity.

It is a limpid and bright wine, dense ruby-red with a purple hue and bright cherry colors. It features notes of juicy dark cherries, earthy blueberries and ripe black plums. Floral tones of geranium followed by lovely notes of wild herbs like rosemary & eucalyptus. Savory 7 sweet spice tones of pink peppercorn & vanilla. Cocoa, almonds and a quartzy minerality complement the complexity together with hints of roasted hazelnuts. The aromatic profile is complex and highly expressive.

A bright limpid wine with a medium layer and high intensity. Dense Ruby red. An expressive wine with lovely floral notes of violets, followed by fruit tones of ripe cherries, blackberries and dark plums. All these aromas are complemented by elegant vanilla, licorice, fragrant cloves and a seductive integrated wood note.

A brilliant luminous straw yellow wine with green hues surrounding a core of gold. It is a bright wine on the nose with medium + intensity. A variety of fruit overtones are front and center. Delicious ripe peaches, juicy apricots, tart green apples and sweet pineapple notes come into play, followed by deeper tones of acacia honey and herbal chamomile tea.

A limpid wine with medium-layer violet tones and deep cherry color. It's a frank and expressive wine with high intensity and great aromatic quality. This hearty wine is highlighted by the aroma of ripe black fruits such as blackberry and tart Bing cherry, interlaced with the signature licorice tone. The nose is complemented by a subtle floral note of violets and fragrant lilacs, sitting upon a bottom layer of Mediterranean herbs.

High-density ruby red with crimson and violet hues. On the nose it is deep, intense & complex. Notes of dark currants, blueberry & mulberry followed by tones of vanilla & black pepper. Slightly fumé with undertones of leather & elegant oak. Mineral notes of graphite. As it oxygenates it begins showcasing unique aromas of clove, black pepper, nuts and tobacco leaves. With time there is an evolution of the aromas towards jammier fruits, cocoa, dairy, vanilla, nutmeg, coffee beans and balsamic tones. The aromatic profile is very complex, elegant and continuously evolving.

Dense & deep ruby red of great intensity & extract with purple hues. Elegant and frank with high aromatic intensity. Floral tones of violets and lilacs followed by baking spices. Deep fruit notes of black fruit, mainly blueberries, dark currants, bing cherries & ripe plums. Light notes of fine herbs are also present and cedar wood aromas, as well finishing with elegant vegetal tones, typical of this varietal.
